SAVC Council Registration Examination updates
Kindly note that in light of the recent developments with the COVID-19 pandemic, the uncertainty how the third wave is going to play out and how government will respond, the SAVC Education Committee resolved to re-schedule the 2021 Full Council registration examination as follows:

| Wednesday, 6 and Thursday, 7 October 2021 | Computer-Based Examination (CBE) (all professions) |
| Monday, 25 October 2021 | Practical Examination – veterinary technologists |
| Monday, 25 October – Tuesday, 26 October 2021 | Initial Practical Examination – veterinarians |
| Thursday, 28 October 2021 | Practical Examination – veterinary nurses |
| Monday, 15 November 2021 – Friday, 19 November 2021 | Practical Examination – veterinarians – ovariohysterectomy (This will only be for veterinarians who passed the initial practical examination) |
| Final examination results to only be announced after electronic approval given by Council | |
