Thursday, 19 September 2024 and Friday, 20 September 2024 | Computer Based Examination – all professions except laboratory laboratory animal technologists |
Tuesday, 1 October 2024 and Wednesday, 2 October 2024 | Practical Examination – veterinarians |
Thursday, 3 October 2024 | Practical Examination – veterinary nurses, animal health technicians Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Pretoria, Onderstepoort campus – various venues |
Friday, 4 October 2024 | Practical Examination – veterinary technologists Tshwane University of Technology |
Veterinary candidates who successfully complete the Practical Examination will be required to perform an ovariohysterectomy by ventral midline incision. | |
Week Monday, 14 – Friday, 18 October 2024 | Practical Examination – veterinarians – ovariohysterectomy Animal Anti-Cruelty League, Johannesburg (schedule TBA) |
Final results will only be released once ratified by Council.
